••Directions and guidance••
Getting lost is always discouraging and even miserable, especially in a city where you can't count on your language. Please call us in case you are lost or when you are afraid of losing your way. We will furnish you with detailed directions navigating you to your destination.
••Over-the-phone translation service••
Unless you are highly proficient in the Japanese language, you may have trouble communicating proficiently with Japanese people, particularly when a conversation gets complicated. If you feel limits on communication with your conversation partner and want to prevent any possible misunderstandings. For example, just ask for this service. We will assist you in communicating by translating for you and your conversation partner over the phone. In cases where an on-site interpreter is necessary, we can dispatch one at an extra but reasonable price.
••Locating restaurants, accommodations, shops, vendors, etc. at your request••
We can recommend various restaurants, bars, ryokan (traditional Japanese-style hotels usually with spa), hair salons, and other facilities, according to your needs. In addition to restaurants and accommodations, we can also introduce you to quality shops, vendors and other service businesses.
••Transportaion arrangements••
We can arrange taxis, limos, and other transportation services, as well as tickets for trains, airplanes, buses, ferries, and other transportation means.
••Subscription for newspapers/magazines/periodicals etc. ••
We can arrange subscriptions to newspapers, magazines, and any other periodicals,as well as introduce you publications which may be of interest.
••Japanese cultural information••
We can provide you with information concerning sightseeing spots, events, festivals, fairs, hot springs and spas and Japanese culture classes such as cooking, flower arrangement, pottery, calligraphy, Japanese language, karate etc.
••Holiday and leisure advice/planning••
It would be our pleasure to advise you on leisure activities for your precious holidays and recommend sightseeing spots, delicious restaurants and pleasant accommodations. We can also plan a trip specially customized for you based on your requests. We can also make all necessary arrangements and reservations for the trip.

If you allow us, we will send you information pertaining to your interests, based on such data as questionnaire answers and comments we have received from you in the past. These occasional newsletters will inform you of upcoming art exhibitions, new restauant openings, new classes etc. which we believe will be of interest to you.
